About Xtream Audio

My name is Anthony Casuccio. I am the Founder and Principal Sound Engineer at Xtream Audio Mastering. I have over 20 years of major label mastering experience that can be put to work for you. From Grammy awards to Gold records, I can add that final professional touch you must have in order to make your recordings stand out in the world of commercially released material. I started my career working in New York City, where I worked with major record labels producing, mixing and remastering over 450 albums (many receiving RIAA gold record status) from great artist like Tony Bennett, Roy Orbison, Linda Ronstadt, Glenn Miller, Les Paul and Johnny Cash. I joined Sony Music in San Francisco to run their audio production department and engineered/produced live music mixes for their Music Backstage show featuring major label artists including Lifehouse, Kasey Chambers and Eliades Ochoa (Buena Vista Social Club).

While in San Francisco, I sat on the board of Governors for the San Francisco chapter of the National Recording Academy of Arts and Science (NARAS) I was elected to 2nd vice president and am still very active within the Grammy organization and sit on various national committees. I was a featured columnist for Independent Musician magazine. My audio work has been featured in Mix Magazine, Billboard, Gramophone and International Piano

I mastered 3 Grammy nominated albums. I have done mastering and radio edits for Columbia Records acts like: Cypress Hill, Our Lady Peace, Nas and Jermaine Dupress, Dixie Chicks to name a few. I mixed the band Last Conservative’s album which was produced by Robby Takac (Goo Goo Dolls) and Shonen Knife for his Good Charamel. I mastered the band Empty Crush’s album produced by Brett Hestla (Creed, Dark New Day and Virgos Merlot) and De Apostle (featuring Sizzla, Lucino and Morgan Heritage). Recent projects include the lost Kurt Cobain demo and the Number 1 Hip Hop Single on college radio from Choclaire and world renowned DJ Larry Powers.

I have worked with artists on all levels all over the world. From Russia to South Africa, I have worked with some of the worlds biggest stars such as Lev Leshenko and Yulduz Usmanova. My work with the group Barton resulted in five songs charting in the top 40 on the Billboard Dance charts with the title “To Call My Own” reaching number 15. The singles were remixed by top producers, Eddie X, Eric Kupper, Davidson Ospina and Alex Santer.
